- Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures or banners but may not be used for profit.
- For commercial works, please contact me via email. Additional fees will apply for commercial rights.
- Always credit me for my art and design.• Rights and Usage:
- I retain all rights to the artwork.
- The artwork may not be submitted to any AI engines.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio unless requested otherwise by the client.
- Do not remove the artwork from ToyHouse.• Pricing:
- Listed prices are base prices. The final price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.• Right to Decline:
- I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel my skills are not adequate for the request or if the subject matter is not within my acceptable range.
- Do not sell the artwork to users on my blacklist.• Conduct:
- Clients are expected to be respectful and courteous. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior will result in the cancellation of the commission. In such cases, 50% of the total payment will be retained by me.• Non-Responsive Clients:
- If you commission me and then cease communication ("ghosting"), I reserve the right to use your drawing as a base for another commission or sell your custom design as an adoptable at a lower price.• Timeline:
- The time to complete a commission can range from 1 day to 3 weeks. If more time is needed, it will be communicated beforehand.
- If you have a specific deadline for the commission, please communicate this before the commission starts. Rush fees may apply for tight deadlines.• Revisions:
- Line changes are free during the sketch phase. After the line art is completed, line changes will incur an additional fee.
- Color changes are free during the base color and early rendering phases. After the rendering is finished, color changes will incur an additional fee.• Resale:
- I don't mind if you resell the artwork for more than you purchased it.• Communication:
- Regular updates will be provided at key stages of the commission process (e.g., sketch, line art, base color, final rendering). Please respond in a timely manner to keep the process moving smoothly.• File Delivery:
- Final artwork will be delivered in a high-resolution digital format via email or a file-sharing service. No physical items will be shipped.• Reposting:
- You may repost the artwork on other sites as long as proper credit is given to me.• Edits by Clients:
- Do not edit, trace, or heavily modify the commissioned artwork without permission. Minor edits such as cropping for profile pictures are acceptable.• Non-Disclosure:
- If you require the commission to be private (not posted on my social media or included in my portfolio), please inform me in advance.• Work in Progress (WIP):
- Work-in-progress (WIP) shots will be sent upon request. Major changes requested during later stages may incur additional fees.• Copyright Infringement:
- I will not create artwork that infringes on existing copyrights, including characters and designs that you do not own or have permission to use.• Mature Content:
- I reserve the right to decline requests for mature content (e.g., NSFW, gore, etc.) based on my discretion.• Confidentiality:
- Any personal information shared during the commission process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.• Client Responsibilities:
- Clients must provide clear and detailed references and descriptions for their commissions to ensure accurate delivery of the requested artwork.• Approval Process:
- Final approval of the artwork will be required before delivery. Minor tweaks can be made at this stage, but major revisions may incur additional fees.• Dispute Resolution:
- In case of any disputes, please contact me directly to discuss and resolve the issue amicably.• Force Majeure:
- I am not liable for any delays or inability to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, or other events beyond my control.• Agreement:

- You may repost the adopt's artwork on other sites as long as proper credit is given to me.• Blacklist:
- Do not sell or trade the adopt to users on my blacklist.• Removal from ToyHouse:
- Do not remove the adopt from ToyHouse or similar platforms without informing me.
